ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Most orders ship within two business days. We ship from New Jersey using FedEx Ground for street addresses, and Priority Mail for shipments to P.O. boxes.

Shipping rates are $4.95 for orders up to $44.99. Orders $45.00 and over receiver free ground shipping within the continental US.

APPROXIMATE transit times for ground shipments:

• 1 business day: NJ, Eastern NY, Eastern PA, DE, MA, Western VT, Northern VA, Washington DC

• 2 business days: VT, NH, ME, Western PA, OH, WV, VA, NC, Northern SC

• 3 business days: MI, IN, IL WI, IA, MO, KS, AR, TN, KY, LA, MS, AL, SC, GA, FL

• 4 business days: TX, OK, NM, CO, NE, SD, ND, MN, AZ Southern CA

• 5 business days: Northern CA, UT, NV, OR, ID, MT, WY, OR , WA

• 6-7 business days, HI, AK, PR

Expedited shipping is also available. Rates are $23.95 for 2-day shipping; $49.95 for overnight shipping. Charges will be added when your order ships. Please call 1-800-379-7942 to let us know if you need expedited shipping.

PERSONALIZATION
Many of the Cronin & Company label products can be personalized with your name and your company name. You'll see the personalization option in the lower part of the product detail page under the Also Available heading. Personalization is .15 per card. Please let us know in the Special Instructions area on the check out page how you would like your name to appear and give us a fax number so we can send you a proof.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the address below. We will issue a credit or refund.

PRIVACY
When you shop with us, we collect the data necessary to process your order. Ordering is done via a secure server. We do not rent your name or email address to other companies.

When you fill in one of our surveys, we tabulate the results, but do not associate them with any name. (You do not even have to provide your name.)

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, you will receive emails from us once a month. Emails are sent from a list server. Each notice will give you the option of unsubscribing.
